Cancellation
- Customers can only request to cancel their order with a particular reason and refund is only possible if the payment was done and the work has not been initiated. Incase work is initiated, in between cancellation and refund will not be applicable
- In any case, Yofoxy will not entertain cancellations for services such as domain registration, domain name transfer
- Services offered by us have different plan of actions, hence refund policy will differ from one service to another
- There is always a certain set of resources that are involved in achieving every milestone of a campaign. Thus, a refund would not be entertained for the work already completed
- Taxes paid on services levied by regulatory bodies would not be refunded with a fee refund
- No refund will be entertained in case service gets canceled due to any violation of terms stated in our Terms & Condition
- There is no refund policy for the services placed under same-day delivery
- Yofoxy is not liable to refund if delay or service disruption happens due to change in the scope of work in the mid of development phase or any third-party involvement.
